This pair of Tungenhat chairs have stainless steel frames. The leather is the classic vintage Knoll tan and in excellent condition. They are very comfortable. The 1930 iconic chair was originally designed for Villa Tungendhat, located in Brno, Czech Republic, which was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001. This 1930 house was the very first concrete and steel residence in Europe. The Tugenhat chairs were out of production for many years until just recently. The new frames are in only available in chrome or black coated stainless steel.
