Pair of Modernist Andirons by Wah Chang

These cast bronze andirons are nickel plated. The design is elegant yet hefty. Was Chang was a designer, sculptor and artist. In 1939, he became the youngest member of Disney’s Effects and Model Department. He is also known for the props he designed for Star Trek: The Original Series.
